eu MBIM: A EUROPEAN INITIATIVE
Europe need to armonize the adoption speed of BIM technologies in methodologies. Education is a key tool to introduce and accelerate BIM digital enabler adoption in the whole europe.
EU MBIM is a european initiative to facilitate BIM adoption
Our initiative is created to prevent 2 speeds threat, as some countries has not yet has plan in place. As in the case of Spain, the current strength of the goverment´s plan on BIM lies on a developed and vibrant BIM Managers community.
imbim: A SUCCESS CASE
In 2.014 the first edition of iMBIM was developed, in Spain and Latinamerica in Spanish. In 2.015 the Portuguese edition, and global edition in english in 2.016. The global success of the iMBIM program is proven in more than 70 countries, with +1.500 BIM managers managing BIM projects and implementing BIM in companies, institutions and asset owners.
EU MBIM is using the large experience of the International Master BIM Manager
The iMBIM is a reference, and now is the time to use the great example of the innovative CPBL methodologies to create a Europan program to introduce universities from countries with no BIM adoption plans. This is proposed as an adoption methodology, creating the future pro-users that push BIM techs&meths in each and every country in Europe.

BIM4ED is the european consortium to promote BIM accredited education in Europe. As a BIM Schema based contents, our EU MBIM is created following the exact definition of a BIM Manager and BIM Consultant profiles established by the schema.
EU MBIM is in exact compliance with the specifications of BIM Schema
This means the content was designed using the BIM Schema for this top openBIM roles, and obtained automaticly the certication of BIM Schema, not require the process. This is the advantage of having this schema, and is a reference case for programs creators.
